Do you accept insurance?+

Some services may be eligible for insurance reimbursement, but many of our services are cash-based to ensure high-quality, unrestricted care.

Can I use HSA/FSA?+

Yes.

Policies

We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file in the amount of $50.


Cancellation Policy

Patients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged a no-show fee to the card on file in the amount of $50.
